Bear Tracks Autism Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.
We specialize in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans focused on building communication, social, academic, and daily living skills, while decreasing challenging behaviors.

Position Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact.

• Reliable transportation, as services are delivered in-home rather than at a center location.

• Ability to follow treatment plans with fidelity and accept feedback from supervisors.

• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, patience, and dependability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (training and certification support available if needed).
